This framework was built to be tested. We are looking for the truth, not agreement.
The Trust Collective has been in development since 2017. It has been stress-tested, revised, and published with every honest gap named. It is not finished. It is not supposed to be finished. It is supposed to be strong enough to withstand your hardest question.
If you are a researcher whose field touches one of our named gaps, we would genuinely value your critique. If you are a person who read something here and felt something shift, we would like to hear about that too. And if you think the whole thing is wrong, tell us why. Every serious challenge has made this framework more precise.

Challenge a claim
Pick any number, any assumption, any logical step. Tell us where it breaks. We have a full citation appendix so you can check our sources.
Lend your expertise
We have seventeen named research gaps across ecology, climate science, food systems, psychology, governance, and engineering. Some are doctoral dissertation topics. Some are a single email from a specialist.
Share the framework
Send one page to one person who you think can hold it. Not everyone is ready, and that is fine. The people who are ready will know it when they read it.
Read everything
Start with the Door In. Then follow whatever pulls you. The full library is open. Every document is there because it survived scrutiny.
Stay connected
If you read the Door In and something moved, that matters. If you read it and nothing did, that matters too.
