The Trust Collective
The Trust Collective has been in development since 2017. It began with one person who went to the bottom of the climate crisis — the real bottom — and stayed long enough to find what was on the other side.
Through years of grief, research, and refusal to accept the end as inevitable, the pieces assembled into a whole. The solution to climate change breaks money. That is why it has not been done. That recognition became the foundation of everything that followed.
The framework was built with the assistance of AI as a research and development tool — not as author, but as collaborator. Every idea, every direction, every decision was made by a human being. The AI held complexity, challenged assumptions, and brought adjacent research from fields the creator had not yet encountered. The collaboration is documented transparently because intellectual honesty is not optional in a project of this kind.
The underlying principles are clear. The specific mechanisms are proposals, open to revision and actively seeking peer review. The framework is designed to outlast any individual, including the person who started it.
